It’s a great place to come for the winter, summer, or all year long. 55+ community with wonderful people living here. An hour away from many major attractions. Minutes to Sebring or Avon Park. Very nice people who stay year round.

We are living here year around since September 2020! We are so happy with management and helper! The people make this a caring community who look out for one another! Over nighters are welcomed by everyone!
Can't Say Enough
I can’t say enough about the management of this park. The maintenance team go to special lengths to make everyone feel at home. It’s very well maintained with lush surroundings. I moved in recently and I’m very happy I did!
Comfortable
Location is comfortable and quiet and yes it will definitely leave a remembering experience and it’s all mostly because of who lives there from the residents to the care takers.

We enjoyed our stay it was quiet and peaceful the people were friendly and it was well priced, we would definitely stay here again.
Love It
Been here 2 months. Love it. Quiet, friendly, everyone watches out for each other without being noisy. Great wash room, very reasonable priced. Would recommend to anyone 55 or older.
Very Welcoming
All services provided are operational. The park is clean and all residents I meet with very welcoming. The maintenance man stopped by the day that we arrived to see if I need help with anything.

The residents are great and the management is really doing an outstanding job maintaining the property.
